balanced holiday experience
varied food friendly staff dated rooms inconsistent cleanliness
the food selection was plentiful. i found something i liked every day. the pools were a good size and there were enough loungers available. the staff was friendly and helpful as well. the waterpark was also a positive feature.
the rooms were somewhat dated. i noticed some wear and tear. the cleanliness in the common areas was not always consistent. sometimes, i saw cups left on tables. the entertainment area could also benefit from some improvements.

amazing family stay!!!
polite staff clean room fresh towels
the reception staff, especially aflredo, were very polite. they checked us in quickly. we arrived late at 10pm, but they still offered us dinner. our apartment included daily cleaning and fresh towels.
the weather was windy on one day.

Family Fun and Great Entertainment
engaging entertainment daily activities excellent variety water slides
The entertainment team was really engaging.). My kids especially enjoyed the activities organized around the pool each day. The variety of food was excellent. We found something new to try every meal. The water slides were a major hit with the kids. They spent hours enjoying them.
The wifi was sometimes spotty in certain areas of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. This ensured everyone found something they liked. Lunch and dinner had themed nights with Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisines. This provided a nice change of pace .

Staff at the reception was always ready to assist with questions or requests, and they were very helpful. The housekeeping team kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay, and we really appreciated their hard work. The animation team kept everyone entertained.

Our apartment had a separate living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and this provided enough space for our family. There was a microwave and a kettle. This allowed us to prepare simple meals and drinks in the room. The balcony offered a view of the pool area.
